1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging
  • It is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., nutrition products)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@thephysiqlab.com with your order number and reason
  • We will respond with return instructions and address
  • Ship the item using a trackable service (at your cost unless item was defective)

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items. Email us to arrange this. Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos as evidence
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement/nutrition products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable e-books or digital programs

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank/credit card company
